Adelphi have had great success collaborating with peated whisky producers around the world from distilleries around the world such as Chichibu, Akkeshi, High Coast, Smögen, and Amrut to name a few.
 
6 Years Old, heavily peated, matured fully in a single first fill Madeira Cask, yielding 351 bottles at a cask strength of 58.0%.
 
This has bags of depth, straddling everything from herring, scallop shells, and seaweed through to birch forest, funky apple cider, and white balsamic vinegar. Deeply spiced, rich, and enticing.
